Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or wrong

You contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for:

Used or physically damaged products

Items without original packaging

Personal care items

Clearance / final sale items
2. Return Process
To request a return, email us at: premieraurastore@gmail.com
Include the following:

Order number

Clear product photos
-
Reason for return
Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after a quality check of the returned item.
Refund methods:

Online payments → refunded to the same payment method
-
COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Refund time: 6–7 business days after approval.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size issues or replacement of defective products (if stock is available).
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
